Corrections, disputes, and removals
Austin Apartment Reviews Guide is a free directory of apartment complexes in the greater Austin area. Each listing pulls basic business details from public sources, then adds a score and review summary computed automatically from Google reviews using a single consistent rubric. No payment can change your score or ranking. This page explains how corrections, disputes, and removals work. The full rubric is published under how we score.
Fixing factual errors
If your listing has incorrect contact details, address, website, hours, or service information, you can request a correction. Provide the right information and point us to where we can verify it, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once confirmed, the correction is locked in and survives all future data refreshes.
Disputing a score or summary
A dispute claims the input data itself is faulty, not that your score should be higher. That means your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or the written summary misrepresents what reviewers actually said. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. We do not hand-edit scores or rankings.
Requesting removal
Your listing may be removed if your business is permanently closed, the listing is a duplicate, or you fall outside the directory's scope. Accurate and in-scope listings are not removed on request, and you will receive a clear explanation of the decision. The directory also runs a monthly verification cycle that automatically detects and removes closed businesses.
